June News!

Interested in TEAM gymnastics? If you are intrested on taking your gymnastics to the next level, see the front desk about being tested for team.

Please check lost and found located in Pro Shop for any left items. Any items left after June 15 will be donated to charity.

Important Dates:

• The first summer  session dance camp is held on June 23 -July 3. Ages 3 and up can attend this camp. For more information about signing up see front desk.
• The first session Regional Rec./ Gymworx Summer camp will be held on June 23-27.
• We will be closed July 4 through July 11 and will resume classes on Saturday July 12

****Changes in schedule:
The summer schedule will start June 2st and there will be minor changes to some classes. So don’t forget to check it out. Please let us know about your summer plans.

Make- up classes- All make-up classes must be taken within 30 days of the missed class. Please call our office at 479-246-9941 to schedule a make-up class. Don’t forget to schedule your make ups either before or after your missed class.

Important Billing Information!  Your account will be charged your monthly tuition on the first day of each month regardless of your attendance.  We require notice prior to dropping or changing class time because we must staff accordingly.  If you have dropped or changed classes, you must call LeDonna innform the front desk of these changes.  You must also fill out an official drop notice card.

Late Fees- If tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month, your account will be charged a $10 late fee.

Automatic Debit- Worried about missing a payment and receiving a late fee?  We now offer automatic debit for your convenience!  Please contact our office for more information.
